Isn’t it interesting that most incompetent people don’t know that they are incompetent? As a matter of fact, most of these people are so confident in what they cannot do that they are more confident that those who are actually good at what they do. How many things have we been “bad” at and we just did not know it? Unfortunately, if we are not competent enough to recognize that we are incompetent then we blissfully go through life doing inferior work. Just a thought. The way I see it, if Michael Jordan needed a coach, then you might need one too.
